Sunday mornings are for
drinking coffee and
listening to records and
yelling at the cat
(to stay out of the bedroom)

I have conversations with my two cats
--Zappa and Ariel--

They tell me things like,

"I can't understand you, dad."

"We don't speak the same language."

"Two words, old man: communication breakdown."

And I say things like,

"Mreow."

"Mrrrw. Mow. Mrow."
